摘　　要：通过宏观、金相检验和化学分析 ,对初轧机工作辊的断口形貌、化学成分以及工作层和芯部的金相组织进行了分析 ,找出了轧辊的断裂原因。The fracture morphology, chemical composition and microstructures of working layer and inside of working roll for blooming mill were analysed by observing its macrostructure, microstructure and chemical composition, and the crack cause for the roll was found out.
