CT对脂肪肝的诊断意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨CT对脂肪肝的诊断价值。方法 :选择确诊的脂肪肝患者20名作为病例组 ,健康人20名作为对照组。所有研究对象均接受CT和B超检查。结果 :(1)CT对病例组的诊断正确率高于B超 (P<0.05) ;(2)CT对局灶型脂肪肝的诊断中 ,有2例误诊 ;(3)病例组与对照组的肝、脾CT值分别为23.8±5.2、42.7±6.3、52.9±7.8、43.3±5.1,病例组肝CT值与对照组肝CT值及病例组脾CT值比较 ,P<0.05。结论 :CT对脂肪肝的诊断具有明显的优越性。Objective:To explore the diagnosis significance of computed tomography on steatohepatitis.Methods:Twenty patients who were diagnosed as steatohepatitis were correctly selected as case group.Twenty healthy people were selected as control group.Every one in this study was examined by B Ultrasonography and CT.Results:(1)The correct rate of CT on steatohepatitis was more than that of B Ultrasonography(P<0.05).(2)In the diagnosis result of limitation steatohepatitis which was done by CT,there exited 2 misdiagnosed patients.(3)The CT value of liver and spleen of case group and control group were 23.8±5.2,42.7±6.3,52.9±7.8,43.3±5.1 respectively.Compared CT value of case group with that of control group and that of spleen of case group,p value was less than 0.05.Conclusion:When diagnosing Steatohepatitis,CT is a good choose.
