摘  要:目的 探讨胰岛素样生长因子 -Ⅰ (IGF -Ⅰ )和IGF -Ⅱ与胎儿生长发育的关系。 方法 抽取 15例分娩IUGR胎儿 (IUGR组 )及 2 0例分娩正常儿 (对照组 )产妇肘静脉血、新生儿脐静血及羊水。采用放射免疫法及免疫放射法分别测定其IGF -Ⅰ、IGF -Ⅱ水平。 结果 IUGR组产妇血清IGF -Ⅰ水平低于对照组 ,IGF -Ⅱ水平无显著差异 ;IUGR组脐血及羊水中IGF -Ⅰ、IGF -Ⅱ水平较对照组显著降低。 结论 检测母血及羊水中IGF -Ⅰ、IGF -Ⅱ水平可监测胎儿生长发育 ,早期诊断IUGR。Objective To explore the effect of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ) and insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ) on the fetal growth. Methods Samples of maternal blood and matched umbilical cord blood and amniotic fluid were collected at the time of delivery from 20 normal pregnancies (control group), and 15 pregnancies with intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR group).Serum and amniotic fluid IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA) and immunoradiometric analysis(IRMA). Results The maternal IGF-Ⅰlevels in IUGR group were significantly lower than those in control group. The fetal and amniotic fluid IGF-Ⅰand IGF-Ⅱ level in IUGR group were lower than those in control group. Conclusions The assay of maternal and amniotic fluid IGF-Ⅰ,IGF-Ⅱ can predict the condition of fetal growth and development.
