摘　　要：目的　探讨腕踝针针刺疗法用于烧伤创面止痛 ,对烧伤患者生命体征的影响。方法　 10 0例Ⅱ度烧伤患者随机分为 5组 :A～D组为使用腕踝针针刺疗法组 ;E组为对照组。换药开始后和换药结束后 30min内监测体温、呼吸、脉搏、血压、血氧饱和度和疼痛程度。结果　A、B、C和D 4组患者在换药开始时和换药结束后的各时间点疼痛评分明显低于对照组 ;体温、呼吸、脉搏、血压和血氧饱和度与对照组比较变化趋势平稳。结论　腕踝针针刺疗法可以有效地缓解烧伤换药创面疼痛 。Objective To discuss the influence of wrist-ankle acupuncture for wound surface analgesia on vital signs of burn patients undergoing dressing change.Methods 100 grade II burn patients were randomized into five groups:group A-D receiving wrist-ankle acupuncture analgesia,and group E was used as the control group.Temperature, respiration, pulse, blood pressure, oxygen saturation and pain severity were assessed at the beginning of dressing change and 30 minutes after dressing change.Results The pain scores were significantly lower at different points of time in group A, B, C and D than those in the control group (P<0.01);temperature,respiration,pulse,blood pressure and oxygen saturation changes were also more stable.Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture is an effective analgesic modality for relieving wound surface pain, thus stabilizing vital sings of burn patients in the process of dressing change.
