摘　　要：目的为了降低在论证实施PACS过程中的风险系数 ,同时为了保证投标时的公平性以及能在今后建设较高档次的PACS。方法首先我们将我院论证PACS的工作方法和PACS实施步骤发布在网上 ;编写了详细的PACS产品评估技术参数报告,对预选的5家PACS产品进行测试。结果通过这次的PACS论证和PACS产品测试 ,我们对各竞投PACS公司的产品都有了较深的了解。另外该测试报告为我们医院选择PACS提供了较客观依据 ,使得我院在选择PACS时尽量做到公正、公平 ,并保证我院最大的利益。结论在对各公司PACS产品不熟悉的情况下 ,我们认为对产品做技术测试是相当有必要的。Objective To reduce the risk coefficient in the process of the demonstration and implementation of Picture Archiving and Communication System(PACS), and ensure fair bidding and construction of PACS at higher level.Methods First we put the working methods of demonstration and evaluation of PACS on the Internet.Then with evaluation technical parameter report,we test five preliminary elected PACS. Results The test report provides the more objective basis of choosing PACS to guarantees the maximum benefit of our hospital. Conclusion It is necessary and essential to have a technical test of the PACS.
