摘　　要：目的 :对贯叶连翘不同部位抗抑郁作用进行药理筛选 ,寻找一种较好的提取方法 ,以便对其抗抑郁作用成分进行分析。方法 :SD大鼠 35只 ,随机分为 5组 ,采用国际标准的大鼠强迫游泳模型。结果 :盐酸丙咪嗪、石油醚、二氯乙烷及乙酸乙酯等 4种提取物与生理盐水组进行比较发现 ,石油醚提取部位能显著缩短大鼠的游泳不动时间。结论 :用盐酸丙咪嗪及石油醚提取是较好的提取方法 。Objective: To compare the antidepressive effects of different hypericum perforatum L extracts. Methods: 35 SD rats were randomly subdivided into 5 groups, and were respectively treated with hypericum perforatum L extracts of Skellysolve G. dichloroethane, acetic ether and imipramine hydrocloride, and 0.9% sodium chloride. The animal model of forced swimming test (FST) was developed and the immobility time was compared between the 5 groups. Results: Extracts of Skellysolve G. and imipramine hydrocloride could significantly decrease the immobility time in FST rats. Conclusion: Hypericum perforatum L extracts of Skellysolve G. has good antidepressive effects, which is similar to imipramine hydrocloride.
