摘 要:在网上电子市场要对电子谈判提供有效支持是非常重要的需求,然而目前对电子谈判媒体设计的研究很少。本文构建了电子谈判媒体进行设计与实施模型。在此模型下,能够在概念级上对谈判方案进行设计,能对电子谈判的过程和特性进行形式化描述,确保各谈判伙伴对谈判相关的问题作相同的理解;能够对谈判方案的设计与选择提供足够的支持,能将可重用的谈判支持组件与具体的设计结合在一起。Effective support for electronic negotiations is a critical requirement in electronic markets. However,only few efforts address research on the design of electronic negotiation. This paper constructs a framework for the design and implementation of electronic negotiation media (enMedium). Electronic negotiation scenarios can be designed on a conceptual level in the framework. The characteristic and process of the negotiation can be described formally ,to en sure that the negotiating parties have the same understanding regarding the issues that are subject to the negotiation. The framework can provide sufficient support for design and selection of electronic negotiation, and can combine reusable negotiation support components with a specific design.
