摘　　要：目的:建立大败毒胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定法。方法:用甲醇回流提取,通过中性氧化铝柱制备样品;采用HPLC法测定含量:BDS C18(220×4.6mm)5μm柱,乙腈-0.05mol／L磷酸二氢钾溶液(10％氢氧化钾溶液调pH值5.0)(35:65)为流动相,检测波长348nm,流速1.0ml·min^1。结果:盐酸小檗碱分离完全,加样回收率为97.87％。RSD为1.36％。结论:本方法准确,重现性好,可作为大败毒胶囊质量控制方法。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Dabaidu Capsules. Method; The samples were extracted by methanol and purified by the Aluminum oxide (neutral)column,The determination was performed by HPLC using BDS C18(220×4. 6mm,5μm) column, Acetonitrile-0. 05mol/L KH2PO4(35 : 65, V/V,pH5. 0)as mobile phase,Wavelenghth at 348nm and a flow rate of 1. 0ml · min-1. Result:Berberine hydrochloride was separated completely. The mean recovery was 97. 87% and RSD was 1. 36% (n=5). Conclusion;This method is accurate and highly reproducible.It can be a method for quality control of Dabaidu Cupsules.
