摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定葡醛内酯的含量。方法:采用Cs柱(250×4.6mm),柱温35℃,乙腈-(30:70)为流动相,检测波长为215nm。结果:线性范围为1.0504-5.0412mg／ml,准确度为99.95％,RSD为0.13％。结论:该方法灵敏,专属,重现性好,可有效控制葡醛内酯的质量。Objective: To establish HPLC method for determining the contents of glucurolactone. Methods: Using a column packed with C8(250×4. 6mm) and kept 35℃. Acetonitrile-Water (30 : 70) as mobile phase,detected at 215nm. Results:The calibration curve was linear within the range of 1. 0504-5. 0412mg/ml,The accuracy was 99. 95% ,RSD was 0. 13%. Conclu-sion:This method was sensitive,specific,accurate and suitable for the quality control of glucurolactone.
