摘　　要：目的　探讨利用高效液相色谱法快速测定啤酒中亮蓝的方法。方法　样品经过简单处理 ,在6 2 7nm波长下 ,以甲醇 +乙酸铵溶液 (0 .0 2mol/L) 4 5 +5 5为流动相 ,进行高效液相色谱分析 ,以保留时间定性 ,与标准比较定量。结果　高效液相色谱法的回收率为 94 .0 %～ 98.3% ,相对标准偏差RSD <5 % ,最低检出浓度为 0 .0 1mg/kg。 结论　方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、准确可靠 。Objective To explore the method of detecting concentration of bright blue in bitter gourd beer by HPLC.Methods The sample through dealing brieftreatment, under 627nm wavelength, the mobile phase was methyl alcohol and acetic acid ammonium (0.02 mol/L) 45+55, conduct HPLC analysis.determine the nature with retention, comparative ration with the standard.Results The recovery rates of HPLC were 94.0～98.3%, the relative standard deviations RSD<5%, the limit of detection was 0.01 mg/kg.Conclusion The method is simple, convenient and fast, sensitivity is high, accurate reliable. The method have actual application value.
