摘　　要：以C/S和B/S系统结构以及IC卡的基本技术原理为基础 ,详细分析了在网络环境中及Windows和Linux系统下网络机房IC卡计费系统的功能结构、系统设计、关键技术研究及其程序实现。According the technical principal of the architecture of C/S and B/S and IC card,the function structure,system design,kernel technical research and the application programming of IC card computers libratory accounting system,which are based on the network environment,Window client and Linux OS as server,been fully discussed and analyzed.
