摘　　要：本文采用J2EE技术和GIS技术设计了面向第三方物流企业的B2B和B2C实时配送管理系统。文中详细介绍了系统的功能结构、配送计算机网络拓扑结构、系统配置方法 ,采用TransCad实现配送路网制作方法 ,基于MapInfo的GIS显示功能设计过程 ,以及两者的融合接口方法。The B2B and B2C real-time distributing management system used for the third party logistics corporation is designed by using J2EE technology and GIS technology in the paper.The function structure,structure of distributing computer network and system initial method is descibed.The method of distributing network implement by using TRANSCAD,design of GIS display function by using.MapInfo,and the joint of the road network and GIS display is also introduced in detail.
