采用HPLC法测定痔可消胶囊中大黄酸的含量

摘　　要：[目的]建立测定痔可消胶囊中大黄酸含量的方法。[方法]采用ODS柱以甲醇 -水 -醋酸 (83∶17∶0.2)为流动相 ,用高效液相色谱法测定 ,检测波长254nm。[结果]大黄酸进样量在0.1～0.5μg 线性良好 ,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.97% ,相对标准偏差 (RSD)为1.91%。[结论]此方法简便、准确、重现性好 ,可作为制剂及药材的定量方法。To establish a method for the content determination of Rhein in Zhikexiao Capsule. A simple HPLC method for determination of Rhein was established.The determination was carried out on ODS column with mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid(83∶17∶0.2)and detection wave-length at254nm.The Rhein sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of0.1～0.5μg and correlation coefficient was0.9998.The average reˉcovery rate of the added sample was99.97%.RSD was1.91%.[Conclusion] The method is simple,accurate,reproducibe and can be used for content determination of preparation and medicinal materials.
