摘　　要：[目的 ]　了解灌装车间空气净化在桶装水生产中的应用效果和可能存在的问题。 [方法 ]　依据《医药工业洁净室 (区 )悬浮粒子的测试方法》、《医药工业洁净室 (区 )沉降菌的测试方法》以及《洁净厂房设计规范》 ,对 10 0家桶装水生产企业的灌装车间洁净度进行监测。 [结果 ]　各项指标均有不同程度的超标 ,其中尤以温度、相对湿度和噪声为巨。 [结论 ]　生产厂家应当严格遵守《上海市桶装水饮用水生产卫生要求》 ,聘请专业施工人员进行设计和施工 ,并进行监测指导。有关主管部门应尽快制定相关标准 ,保证灌装车间的卫生安全 ,确保出厂桶装水的质量。Objective] To comprehend the applied efficacy and potential problems of barrel water production after air purification in pouring room.[Method] According to 'Test method for airborne particles in clean room(area) of the pharmaceutical industry','Test method for settling microbe in clean room(area) of the pharmaceutical industry' and 'Design standard of the purified building' the purities of pouring room of one hundred barrel water factories in Shanghai were monitored. [Results] There were some unqualified results in every supervision index,especially in temperature,relative humidity and noise. [Conclusion] Manufacturers should comply strictly with 'Shanghai hygienic demand of barrel drinking water production', employ professional staffs in design and construction and be supervised by professional technicians.The in charge department should draw up relevant standards and supervise in daily management according to relevant rules simultaneously, the hygiene and safety of pouring room and the quality of produced barrel water should be ensured.
