摘　　要：以下一代网络和软交换技术为背景,介绍了蓝光智能电话处理平台的整体结构和功能。根据平台系统中数字接入部分的功能需求,完成了业务逻辑与 AAA 服务器之间通信协议的研究,并且在 Windows2000环境下,使用 Microsoft 的软件开发工具 VisualC++ 6.0,采用 Socket 编程技术实现了协议解析功能。Taken next generation network and softswitch technology as background, the whole framework of'blue lightIntelligent telephone platform based on softswitch technology'is described. The protocols of the communications between service logic con- troller and AAA server is researched according to the requirement of the digitalaccessplatform in the system, and the protocol pars- ing functions is implemented under Windows 2000 and visual C++ 6.0, adopting winsock programming technology.
