摘 要:为研究半夏泻心汤的配伍规律 ,按不同性味将该方拆成辛甘药 (半夏、干姜 ,X)组 ,苦味药 (黄芩、黄连 ,K)组 ,甘味药 (人参、炙甘草、大枣 ,G)组 ,并进行交叉组合成XK、XG、KG组 ,及全方 (Q)组。Wistar大鼠按改良Okabe法制作慢性胃溃疡模型并分组后 ,分别给予相当于成人用量 10倍的上述各组药物 ,连续用药 3周后 ,比较各组大鼠血清胃泌素的水平。结果 :X、K、G、KG组药物对胃泌素无明显影响 ;XK、XG组药物对胃泌素有明显影响 ,其中XG组的作用与Q组相近。提示 :不同辛味药物之间的配伍 。To study the combining laws of “Banxia Xiexin Decoction”, the Decoction was separated into several parts: X group with acrid herbs, K group with bitter herbs and G group with sweet herbs; and the three groups were then combined by twos: XK group, XG group and KG group; the whole decoction (Q group) was also observed. Wistar rats were modeled by Okabe method to be of chronic gastric ulcer and given corresponding herbs, the serum gastrin in all the groups were detected after 3-week treatment. Results: There were no differences in gastrin among X, K, G and KG groups; gastrin changed in XK and XG groups; XG group Q group worked similarly. It is revealed that herbs with different acridity work differently.
