摘　　要：目的 :探讨基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP) - 9及其组织蛋白酶抑制物 (TL MP) - 1在正常妊娠不同孕期胎盘组织中的表达情况及其在滋养层细胞侵蚀及孕卵着床等正常妊娠过程中的作用。方法 :采用免疫组织化学 SP法检测 4 5例正常孕妇 (早孕 10例、中孕 15例、晚孕 2 0例 )胎盘组织中 MMP- 9/ TIMP- 1表达程度。结果 :MMP- 9在早、中孕组的滋养细胞、基质细胞、蜕膜组织中呈强阳性表达 ,晚孕组呈阳性表达 ,与早、中孕期组相比表达明显减弱 ,有极显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;TIMP- 1在早、中孕组呈阳性表达 ,晚孕组呈强阳性表达 ,与早、中孕组相比表达明显增强 ,有极显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :MMP-9/ TIMP- 1可能在胎盘的形成、子宫 -胎儿血管系统的建立等过程中发挥重要作用。Objective:To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP 9) and tissue inhibitor metalloproteinase 1 (TIMP 1) in placenta at different stages of gestation and theeffect of MMP 9 and TIMP 1 on embryo implantation and placental development Methods:Use the immunohistochemistry to determine the location and intensity of MMP 9/TIMP 1 staining in placenta from 10 cases during first trimester, 15 cases during second trimester and 20 cases during term pregnancy Results:MMP 9 and TIMP 1 proteins were observed in trophoblast, stroma and decidual tissue in normal pregnancy Expression of MMP 9 in placenta during first and second trimester were significantly higher than that in term pregnancies ( P <0 01) Expression of TIMP 1 protein increased dramatically in term placentas ( P <0 01) Conclusion:MMP 9 and TIMP 1 may play important roles in regulating the depth of trophoblast invasion during embryo implantation, placental development and establishment of uterus fetal vascular system 〔
