摘  要:目的观察神经导航系统对中央区附近动静脉畸形手术定位的意义。方法在神经导航下完成12例中央沟附近的动静脉畸形切除术。结果导航系统对12例患者的定位误差为0.9~2.0mm,平均1.4mm。对全部血管畸形进行了全切。手术未对患者重要神经功能造成不良影响。结论借助神经导航系统可明显提高手术的准确性和安全性。OBJECTIVE The effect of neuronavigation system on the resection of cerebral arteriorenous malformations around central region was studide.METHODS During 2001 to 2003,The removal of cerebral arterivenous malformations around central region were performed with neuronavigation system in 12patients.RESULTS Th average error of the system was 1.4mm(0.9~2.0).All cerebral arteriovenous malformations were removed totally.All patiends were well removed without any severe complication.CONCLUSION The neuronavigation system can significantly improve the accuracy,safety in the operation.
