摘　　要：当前,四川女篮与WCBA运动员相比,队员的身高、体重、年龄特征等方面都存在显著性差异;该队在得分能力、内线进攻、战术变化、攻击性防守及比赛作风等方面,其现状不容乐观。提出了调整队伍结构,强化技术风格与特点,加强科学训练与针对性训练的发展对策。Sichuan women basketball has large disparities with WCBA players in some aspects such as: stature, avoirdupois and age, this team has not strong in the point ability, inside attack, tactic change, offensive defence and competition style. The writer puts forward the countermeasures of adjusting team's structure, strengthening technological style and characteristic,strengthening scientific training and pertinence training.
