静松灵对马血气、酸碱值影响的研究

摘　　要：以Img/kg体重的静松灵行肌内注射,实验马的Po_2、Sat·O_2显著下降.pH显著升高。而Pco_2、T-CO_2、AB、SB、BEb、C—O_2、P_A。DO_2等则没有显著变化。说明静松灵对马的血气、酸碱值有一定的影响。Eleven healthy adult horses were anesthetized with Jing-Song-Ling for meaturement of arterial blood gases and acid-bace valre. The results showed that Jing-sons-Ling caused a remarkable decrease in the Po_2, Sat. o_2 and a remarkable increase in the pH of the horses. The experiment proved that Jing-Song-Ling had some harmful effects to the respiratory funetion of horses.
