摘　　要：文章以山东交通学院论文、著作管理系统的开发为例,分析了论文、著作管理系统的应用需求,设计了论文、著作库的结构,并对具体的设计与实现方法进行了探讨。Taking the development of Shandong Traffic University's books and works management system as an example, the article anlyses the application demands of books and works management system and designs the structure of books and works database. Also discusses the method of design and implementation.
