肺心病急性加重期的血浆内皮素-1一氧化氮和降钙素基因相关肽的含量分析

摘　　要：目的　分析慢性肺心病 (CCP)急性加重期不同心功能血浆内皮素 1(ET 1)、一氧化氮 (NO)和降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)的含量。方法　分别测定CCP患者急性加重期心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级 (A组 ) 2 8例、Ⅱ级(B组 ) 16例和健康对照组 (C组 ) 30例的ET 1、NO和CGRP的血浆含量。结果　ET 1血浆含量A组、B组和C组分别是 6 1 87± 2 3 33ng/L、5 3 84± 2 0 83ng/L和 39 0 4± 2 0 36ng/L ,A组与C组和B组与C组比较 ,差异有非常显著意义和显著意义 ,而A组与B组比较 ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;NO血浆含量A组、B组和C组分别是 75 6 8± 2 2 17μmol/L、6 0 89± 4 2 74 μmol/L和 5 0 2 6± 18 2 5 μmol/L ,A组与C组比较 ,差异有非常显著意义 ,而A组与B组和B组与C组比较 ,差异均无显著意义 (P均 >0 0 5 ) ;CGRP血浆含量A组、B组和C组分别是 71 38± 2 7 70ng/L、6 0 30± 38 5 8ng/L和 39 5 7± 15 75ng/L ,A组与C组和B组与C组比较 ,差异有非常显著意义和显著意义 ,而A组与B组比较 ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　CCP急性加重期心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级时、血浆ET 1、NO和CGRP含量均增高 ,Ⅱ级时ET 1和CGRP增高 ;心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级和Ⅱ级之间 ,ETObjective To analyse the levels of plasma endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO) and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in patients acute with exacerbating chronic cor pulmonale(CCP) with different heart function.Methods The levels of plasma ET-1,NO and CGRP were determined in 28 cases of CCP of acute exacerbation with grade Ⅲ～Ⅳ of heart function(groupA),16 cases with grade Ⅱ of heart function(group B) and 30 normal controls(group c) respectively by tactics of experiment study.Results The levels of plasma ET-1 in group A,group B and group C were 61.87±23.33ng/L,53.84±20.83ng/L and 39.04±20.36ng/L.Comparing group A v.s. group C and group B v.s. group C.The difference had statistical significance,but the difference between group A and group B had no statistical significance (P>0.05);The levels of plasma NO in group A,group B and group C were 75.68±22.17μmol/L,60.89±42.74μmol/L and 50.26±18.25μmol/L.Comparing group A and group C,the difference had statistical significance,but the difference between group A and group B,and group B and group C had no statistical significance(P>0.05 for all).The levels of plasma CGRP in group A,group B and group C were 71.38±27.7ng/L,60.3±38.58ng/L and 39.57±15.75ng/L.Comparing group A and group C,group B and group C,the difference had statistical significance,but the difference between group A and group B had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of plasma ET-1,NO and CGRP in patients of CCP of acute exacerbation with grade Ⅲ～Ⅳ of heart function increased,the levels of plasma ET-1 and CGRP in patients with grade Ⅱ of heart function also increased.The increases in ET-1 and CGRP in patients of CCP of acute exacerbation between grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ～Ⅳ of heart function were not so obvions.
