腹腔镜腹膜前疝修补术的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的　探讨腹腔镜经腹壁腹膜前疝修补术的手术效果与并发症防治。方法　回顾性分析 2 0 0 3年 2月至 2 0 0 4年 2月在非全麻下所进行的经腹壁腹膜前腹腔镜疝修补术 6 0例 (6 6例次 )患者的临床资料以及近期疗效。结果　 6 6例次手术成功 ,无中转手术 ;术后 3～ 5d出院 ;术后相关并发症 3例 ,占 4 5 % ,术后复发 1例 ,占 1 5 %。结论　腹腔镜做疝修补术安全可靠、恢复快 。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of trans-abdominal preperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair(TAPP).Methods From Feb. 2002 to Feb. 2003,60 patients with hernia underwent total 66 times of TAPP under regional block anesthesia and their clinical data was retrospectively analyzed.Results The 66 times of TAPP were all successfully completed.The postoperative complication occurred only in 3 cases(4.5%),and hernia recurrence occurred in 1 case(1.5%).Conclusion TAPP is recommended for hernia repair because of its safety as well as quick recovery and painlessness.
