消银颗粒联合维A酸霜治疗扁平疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察消银颗粒联合 0 0 2 5 %维A酸霜治疗扁平疣的疗效。方法　扁平疣 12 8例随机分为治疗组 76例 ,对照组 5 2例。治疗组采用口服消银颗粒联合 0 0 2 5 %维A酸霜外用治疗 ,对照组单纯外用0 0 2 5 %维A酸霜治疗。结果　治疗组治愈率 76 31% ,总有效率 89 4 7% ;对照组治愈率 5 3 85 % ,总有效率6 7 31% ,两组比较 ,治愈率、总有效率差异均有显著意义 (χ2 =7 0 7,P <0 0 1;χ2 =7 0 3,P <0 0 1)。治疗组治愈时间平均为 9 96± 0 5 3d ,对照组治愈时间平均为 15 11± 0 94d ,两组治愈时间比较差异有显著意义 (t=5 15 ,P <0 0 1)。结论　口服消银颗粒联合 0 0 2 5 %维A酸霜外用治疗扁平疣疗效显著 ,安全性好。Objective To observe the treatment efficacy of xiaoying granules combined with 0.025% vitmine A acid cream on verruca planae.Methods 128 cases with verruca planae were divided into two groups randomly,the treatment group were administered with xiaoying granules combined with 0.025% vitmine A acid cream topically,and the control group were simply administered with 0.025% vitmine A acid cream topically.Results Data obtained showed that the cure rates and total effective rates were 76.31% and 89.47% respectively in the treatment group and 53.85% and 89.47% in the control group.There were statistical significance between the two groups in terms of cure rates and total effective rates(χ~2=7.07,P<0.01;χ~2=7.03,P<0.01),and cure time(9.96±0.53 days) v.s. (15.11±0.94 days) respectically(t=5.15,P<0.01).Conclusion Xiaoying granules combined with 0.025% vitmine A acid cream is effective and safe in treating verruca planae.
