心律平治疗心肌炎心律失常的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨心律平治疗小儿心肌炎心律失常的疗效 ,以及心律平治疗心肌炎的安全性。方法　对 34例心肌炎心律失常进行心律平治疗前后血浆心钠素 (ANP)浓度、心脏指数 (CI)变化的观察 ,并对观察各数据进行分析。结果　心律失常发作时心肌炎患儿血浆ANP浓度明显高于正常对照组和转复后、CI则明显低于正常对照组和转复后 (P <0 0 5 )。心肌炎患儿在心律失常发作时血浆ANP和CI之间有良好的相关关系 (r1=0 6 0 2 ,r2 =0 75 9,P <0 0 5 )。静脉注射心律平后心肌炎组心律失常转复率明显 (P <0 0 5 )。心律发作时心肌病组血浆ANP浓度明显高于心肌炎 (P <0 0 5 )转复后 ,前者血浆ANP浓度仍高于正常组 ,后者血浆ANP浓度恢复正常。心肌炎用药过程中无一例病情加重。Objective To observe the effets and safety of propafenone intravenous injection to the patients with myocarditis.Methods We studied 34 cases of myocarditis induced cardiac arrthmia,and measured ANP and CI both before and after treatment with propafenone.Results The results showed that during onset of cardiac arrythmia,the patients had significantly higher pANP concentration and significantly lower CI(P<0 05).After propafenone Ⅳ the group of myocarditis had a better result than the group of cardiomyopthy(P<0.05).Propafenone Ⅳ reduced pANP levels significantly in both of the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Propafenone is a safe medicine for treatment of arrythmia due to myocarditis.
