青春发育突增期高峰年龄不同发育类型学生有氧活动能力的特征

摘　　要：本研究采用使用DHYSIO-DYNEmax-1自动气体分析仪作气体分析,按Bruce等(1963)方案以不同的速度和坡度组成7个阶段,给予定量运动,测定了青春发育突增期不同发育类型学生的最大摄氧量。从开始运动、无氧阈、极限运动及储备等方面表述了青春发育突增期不同发育类型学生的有氧运动能力特征。With DHYSIO-DYNE max-1 auto-aero-analyzing equipment, we tested the maximal oxygen uptake amount of the subjects when doing some exercises at 7 periods of different speed and grade. The test has a big amount of subjects and compares the subjects in bio-age groups on the basis of living age. Meanwhile, the characters are displayed of aerobic capability characters of different developing types of subjects in growth spurting by means of exercise beginning, anaerobic threshold, maximal exercise and storage.
