摘　　要：通过划分人力资本形成、人力资本自身和人力资本的效果,从形成过程来阐述运动员人力资本的界定,并在此基础上分析了运动员人力资本的产权特征和专业性。提出现阶段必须考虑运动员人力资本的现状,通过产权完善和战略选择处理好运动员人力资本问题。By dividing the formation of human capital, human capital itself and the effect of human capital, the paper expounds the definition of human capital in terms of its formation process, analyzes the property characteristics and specialty of athletes' property characters on this basis, and puts forward the suggestion of considering the present condition of athletes' human capital at the present stage and dealing with the issue through property perfection and strategic choice.
