高校高职称教师群体体育健身意识的调查研究

摘　　要：主要采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法,对福建省高校高职称教师的健康状况、体育人口现状及其特征和体育健身意识进行了分析。结果表明:福建高校高职称教师群体的身体状况不容乐观,体育人口为20.9%,教师对体育与健康的关系、全民健身活动、体育健身功能等的认识只停留在表面层次,还没有达到理性认识。Adopting the methods of literature review, investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper makes an analysis of the health condition, present condition of sport population and its characters as well as fitness consciousness of the teachers with senior professional titles at colleges and universities in Fujian Province. The result shows that the teachers' health condition allows of no optimism. The sport population accounts for 20.9% of the total number of the teachers. The relationship between the teachers and physical exercises, fitness, sports for all and the functions of physical exercises stays at the superficial level, far from consciousness.
