摘　　要：概述了建立广播电视覆盖地理信息系统的重要性、必要性以及可行性。通过对用户的应用需求进行分析,确定了以地理信息系统作为开发平台的系统总体机构,并对系统的功能进行了定义,根据实际情况选定系统应用开发环境。该系统的实现将为向用户提供广播电视频道覆盖范围的信息查询服务及数据管理服务,适合于各级广播电视部门。The text summarized the importance, necessity and possibility of creating a broadcast television cover geography information system. By the analysis of application need towards consumer, we use geography information system as the development platform of system total construction, define the system' s function, and select the system application development environment according to the actual circumstance. The realigation of this system will offer information searching and data management services in channel covering areas to its user. It is suitable for all level's broadcast and television section.
