摘  要: 采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了氰酸酯树脂/环氧树脂/线性酚醛树脂三元共聚体系的反应活性,制定了体系的固化工艺,并研究了以三元树脂体系为基体的玻璃布层压板的力学性能、介电性能以及耐湿热性。结果表明线性酚醛树脂的加入大大提高了氰酸酯/环氧树脂体系的反应活性,使反应温度大大降低。随线性酚醛树脂含量的增加,复合材料的弯曲强度先增大后基本保持不变,层间剪切强度先增大后略有下降;而三元体系的介电常数、介电损耗角正切值和吸水率随线性酚醛树脂含量增大而单调降低。三元体系/E 玻璃布层压板复合材料的弯曲强度和层间剪切强度分别比纯氰酸酯树脂复合材料提高12%和30%,而线性酚醛树脂含量为15%(质量分数)时,介电常数、介电损耗角正切值和吸水率分别比氰酸酯/环氧树脂复合材料降低了6%、40%和9%。The composite based on the ternary blend of cyanate eater, epoxy resin and novolac resin was discussed. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was employed to detect the reaction activity and curing schedule of ternary blend system. Ternary blend system reaction rate was decreased because of addition of novolac resin. Mechanical properties, dielectric properties and hot-wet properties of the laminated composite reinforced by E-glass were investigated. The results showed that composite based on the ternary blend system possessed excellent integrated properties. Inclusion of 15wt% novolac resin led to 12% and 30% increase in the flexural strength and interlaminar shear strength, respectively. The dielectric constant, dielectric losses and water absorption decreased 6%, 40% and 9%, respectively.
