摘  要:给出了多冲接触载荷的定义。针对化工、治金设备相关零件在多冲接触载荷下的失效特征 ,提出了相应的失效判据。制备了自熔合金粉末激光熔覆涂层试件 ,在冲击疲劳试验机上进行了多冲接触疲劳寿命试验 ,获得了各种条件下多组P -S -N曲线。考察了涂层材料、基体材料、涂层厚度等各个因素及其耦合对激光涂层 /基体系统疲劳强度和寿命的影响 。The paper defines the contact load under repeated impacts. In allusion to the invalidation feature of parts in the chemistry and metallurgy equipment received the contact load under the repeated impacts , the paper puts forward the invalidation criterion . The coating parts are made with the alloy powder clad by laser. The repeated contact fatigue life tests are made on the impact fatigue machine, and then the P-S-N curves under many kinds of conditions are gained. The various factors as well as their coupling effect on fatigue intension and life of the Laser coat/substrate system are studied, for instance, the coat material, substrate material, thickness of the coat, etc. At last, the paper gives the results of life analysis under the coupling of many factors.
