摘　　要：目的　测定倍它米松尿素霜中倍它米松的含量。方法　采用紫外分光光度法 ,测定波长为 2 39nm ,以等量霜剂基质制备的溶液为空白 ,测定样品溶液的吸光度 ,利用倍它米松的吸收系数计算含量。结果　平均回收率为 10 0 71% ,RSD =0 84 %(n =9) ,分析方法精密度RSD =0 4 0 % (n =6 )。结论　该方法简便、快速、准确 。OBJECTIVE To determine betamethasone contents in Betamethasone-urea cream.METHODS UV-spectrophotometry was used.The detective wavelength was 239 nm.The adjuvant of cream was applied to correct the absorbance of sample.The content of betamethasone was calculated by absorptivity of betamethasone.RESULTS The average recovery was 100.71% with RSD of 0.84%(n=9), and the method accuracy(RSD) was 0.40%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It is suitable to measure the contents of betamethasone in the cream.
