摘　　要：目的　建立器械消毒液苯酚含量的测定方法。方法　采用紫外分光光度法 ,检测波长为 2 70nm。结果　苯酚在12 18～ 4 8 72 μg·ml-1浓度范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系 (r =0 9995 )。平均回收率为 99 85 % ,RSD =0 5 0 %。结论　该方法操作简便、快速。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of phenol in the solution of medical appliance disinfectant. METHODS The content of phenol in the solution was determined by UV method at 270 nm. RESULT A good linearity was found between absorbance and concentration in the range of 12.18-48.72 μg·ml -1 (r=0.9995), with average recovery of 99.85% and RSD of 0.50%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, easy and reliable with good repeatability.
