吻合第二掌背动脉的改良食指背岛状皮瓣修复拇指皮肤缺损

摘　　要：目的　探讨吻合第二掌背动脉的食指背岛状皮瓣修复拇指皮肤缺损的治疗效果。方法　用吻合第二掌背动脉的带血管神经蒂的食指背岛状皮瓣修复 7例 7个拇指的皮肤缺损。结果　 7例皮瓣全部成活 ,随访 4～ 12个月 ,皮瓣质地、血供良好。拇指外形、感觉满意。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of repairing the skin defects of the thumbs by the island flaps with the second dorsal metacarpal artery anastomosed in dorsal index finger. Methods The flap with the second dorsal metacarpal artery anastomosed in the dorsal index finger was designed for treatment of the skin defect of the thumb. There were 7 thumbs in 7 patients. Results All flaps survived in 7 cases. They were followed up for 4 to 12 months. The texture of the flap was nearly normal with good blood supply. It's near normal appearance and sensation was acceptable. Conclusion The flap is a good option for covering of the big skin defect of the thumb.
