断臂再植术后功能随访

摘　　要：目的　总结报告断臂再植术后肢体功能恢复的过程和临床效果。方法　断臂 9例 (12肢 )术后经过连续 1～ 2年的随访 ,根据上肢断臂再植功能评定试用标准进行评定。结果　术后 2年 ,6肢功能恢复达到优、4肢良、1肢差、1肢坏死 ,再植成活率 91.7% ,功能恢复优良率 90 .9%。结论　断臂致伤的性质。Objective To estimate the functional recovery of upper limb after replantation and the clinical effectiveness. Methods There were 9 cases of amputation of 12 upper limbs treated by replantation. They were followed up for 1-2 years. All cases were estimated according to the criteria of upper limb replantation. Results Excellent recovery were in 6 limbs, good in 4, poor in 1 and limb necrosis in 1 respectively. The survival rate of replantation limbs was 91.7% and the recovery rate was 90.9% respectively. Conclusion The most important factors affecting the recovery of the replantation limbs include: characters of amputation, skilled microsurgery technique and postoperative function rehabilitation
