摘　　要：目的　研究彩色多普勒超声对精索静脉曲张不育症患者诊断价值。方法　应用彩色多普勒超声对5 6例精索静脉曲张不育患者精索静脉的管径和血液返流进行测定 ,并结合精液质量进行分析。结果　 (1)病侧精索静脉直径增粗 ,可探及返流 ;(2 )精索静脉的管径与生育力指数呈负相关 ,与血液返流的 Doppler分级呈正相关。结论　 (1)彩色多普勒超声可为临床提供精索静脉的形态及血流动力学改变的双重信息 ,可作为精索静脉曲张不育患者首选检查 ;(2 )精索静脉的管径可能反映了精索静脉中血液返流的时间和严重程度 ,结合精液分析可估价精索静脉曲张患者生育力损害的程度。Objective To study the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound to evaluate the fertility of infertile men caused by varicocele.Methods The diameters of spermatic veins and blood reflux in 56 patients with infertility caused by varicocele were assessed using color Doppler ultrasound.The analysis combined with semen quality was also implemented. Results (1) The diameters of spermatic veins in diseased side were widened and blood reflux could be detected.(2)The diameter of spermatic veins was negatively correlated with the fertility index and positively correlated with the Doppler grading of blood reflux.Conclusions (1)Color Doppler ultrasound can provide the informations of configuration and hemodynamic changes for clinical,and can be used as the first screening method to the infertile men.(2)We suggest that the diameter of spermatic veins probably reflects the duration and serious degree of blood reflux in spermatic vein,and combined with semen analysis it may be used for assessment of the injured degree of male infertility .
