四味清热中药体外抗泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体研究  

Inhibitory Activity of 4 Kinds of Qingre Traditional Chinese Medicines for Urogenital Chlamydia Trachomatis in Vitro

摘　　要：目的了解白头翁、大青叶、玄参、知母四味清热中药体外抗泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体的活性。方法应用微量McCoy细胞培养法检测了4味清热中药体外抗衣原体活性。结果白头翁等四味中药体外均有不同程度的抗泌尿生殖沙眼衣原体的活性,其MIC值从8.2988～40.9375mg/mL。结论白头翁等四味中药体外均有一定抗泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体的作用,但活性较低。Objective To detect the susceptibility of urogenital chlamydia trachomatis(CT)to four kinds of Qingre traditional Chinese medicines. Methods The inhibitory activity of these medicines for CT was detected by microculture technique of McCoy cell in vitro. Results All these four kinds of Qingre traditional Chinese medicines have inhibitory activities for urogenital CT, minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) for 8.298 8 mg/mL to 40.937 5 mg/mL. The number and volume of CT inclusions reduced gradually and disappeared finally with the rising of concentration. Conclusion All these four kinds of Qingre traditional Chinese medicines possess some inhibitory activity for urogenital CT, but they are less of activity.
