摘  要:采用单辊法制备了宽4mm、厚25μm的Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶带材,并对带材进行了成分和金相分析。结果表明:非晶带材表面硅和铌元素存在成分偏析,而且氧化现象严重。在厚度方向各元素分布比较均匀。带材表面存在大量周期性出现的气孔带,同时伴随着一条条冷隔纹路缺陷,纹路基本垂直于带材长度方向。带材贴着铜辊一面光滑,而反面凹凸不平,非常粗糙。The Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5 B9-based amorphous soft magnetic alloy's strips with 25μm thickness and 4mm width were manufactured by single-roller method, and their composititons and phases were analyzed. The amorphous alloy's strips showd un-uniformity of silicon niobium components at the surface and uniformity in thickness. The strips were seriously oxidized. There were lots of blowhole zones which presented in periodicity at the surface of strips. There were many pieces of bugs of lines being perpendicular to the length direction of strips. The surface along copper roller was smooth, but the opposite surface was irregular.
