摘　　要：知情同意权是病人诊疗过程中享有的基本权利。作者探讨了知情同意权与医疗矛盾行为的冲突。The informed consent right was one of the basic rights to patient during the medical treatment. To discuss the conflicts between informed consent and doctors medical behavior, and put forward strategies and basic principles of dealing with the conflicts from the medical practicing point of view.
