摘　　要：综述了国内外絮凝剂发展的相关资料 ,介绍了应用于水处理方面絮凝剂的发展过程 ,其中着重介绍了新型功能性产品聚丙烯酰胺及其衍生物的种类和制备方法 ,以及微生物絮凝剂的产生、种类和性质 ,探索了其反应机理和在水处理过程中的应用 ,而具有安全、无毒、高效的优点又能够完全生物降解的絮凝剂将是今后絮凝剂发展的主要方向。The development and application of flocculent at home and abroad were introduced in this paper. The classification and preparation methods of new type functional product Poly-acrylamide and its ramifications as well as production, classification and properties of bio-flocculent were discussed. Reaction mechanism and application of bio-flocculent in water treatment processes were studied. Prospective study showed that safe, nontoxic, highly effective and biodegradable flocculent was a future trend.
