摘  要:黑山峡河段两个开发方式的勘测设计工作进行了50多年,一级开发大柳树高坝枢纽布置设计以土质斜心墙堆石坝为推荐方案,混凝土面板堆石坝为备用方案。南京水利科学研究院对一级开发大柳树粘土斜心墙堆石坝和混凝土面板堆石坝进行了三维非线性有限元静、动力计算;西安理工大学对一级开发大柳树高土石坝洞群围岩稳定性、高边坡进行了分析研究。一级开发大柳树高土石坝存在地下洞室的施工风险、高边坡的稳定风险、建筑物地震风险及工程投资风险。The investigation and design work for two sorts of hydro development on the Heishanxia reach has been proformed over 50 years. It is recommended that the rockfill dam with an inclined clay core wall will be adopted for the layout of one-stage development of Daliushu project, and the concrete face rock-fill dam is regarded as an alternative scheme. The dynamic and static calculations of three-dimensional nonlinear finite for one-stage development of the earth-rockfill dam with an inclined clay core wall and the concrete face rock-fill dam have been made by Nanjing Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research. The analytic study on stability and high slope of tunnel rock mass has been carried out by Xi'an University of Science and Technology for one-stage development of Daluishu earth-rockfill dam. However, there exist several risks concerning construction of underground cavern; stability of high slope, structural earthquake as well as project investment.
