摘　　要：目的　了解某部队官兵心理健康状况与业绩的关系。方法　将某部队 12 0 4名官兵的 SCL- 90测试结果与业绩进行相关分析。结果　SCL- 90各因子分及总分、阳性项目数均与业绩呈显著负相关 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　心理健康水平对业绩有显著影响。Objective To investigate the influence of the psychological health condition on the achievements in the certain personnel. Methods 1 204 officers and soldiers were tested with the Symptom Checklist-90 and their achievements were assessed. Results There were obvious negative correlations between each factor score, the total score, the positive item number and the achievements (P<0.01). Conclusions The psychological health level of the army personnel have significant effect on their achievements.
