“五黄1号”和SD-Ag霜及紫草油治疗度烧伤的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的　观察和评价烧伤创面用药“五黄 1号”治疗 度烧伤的作用 ,并与 SD- Ag霜和紫草油进行比较研究。方法　 度烧伤住院患者按随机区组对照研究分为“五黄 1号”组、SD- Ag霜组和紫草油组。各组在年龄、性别分布、烧伤原因分布、烧伤面积之间均无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。创面治疗分别用制剂“五黄 1号”、1% SD- Ag冷霜和紫草油 ,包扎疗法 ;视创面渗出和疼痛及发热等情况换药。观察创面愈合情况 ,创面愈合时间 ,烧伤脓毒症表现 ,过敏、毒性和局部刺激性疼痛等不良反应。数据进行统计学处理。结果　“五黄 1号”组创面愈合显著快于其他两组 (P<0 .0 1) ,愈合质量较好 ,尤其深 度创面 ,换药较少。面积较大时脓毒症发生率较低。未发现毒性反应和过敏表现。局部刺激性疼痛表现轻微。结论　“五黄 1号”治疗 度烧伤促进创面愈合作用好 ;患者疼痛轻微 ;减少临床医师工作量和医用材料消耗 ;其剂型和组分取材方便 ,制作容易 ,价格低廉 ,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate and assess the therapeutic effects on treating the partial thickness burn wound with preparation ‘wuhuangyihao', by compared with preparation SD-Ag cream and ‘zicaoyou' oil. Methods The investigation was randomized block design and the patients with the partial thickness burn were divided into three groups. The patients in each group were treated respectively with preparation ‘wuhuangyihao' zinc-oil, 1% SD-Ag cream and ‘zicaoyou' oil. Observed the wound healing process and complication such as sepsis, anaphylaxis and pain on wound. Noted the healing time postinjury. The data was analyzed statistically. Results The time of the wound healing in group ‘wuhuangyihao' was shorter than both group SD-Ag cream and group ‘zicaoyou' oil, especially in treating deeply partial thickness wound(P<0.01), and times of dress changing were smaller, the incidence of sepsis, anaphylaxis and wound pain was lower.Conclusions The therapeutic effects of preparation ‘wuhuangyihao' on treating the partial thickness burn wound should be advanced and recommended extensively used.
