摘  要:目的 建立一种测定诺氟沙星锌 (NF Zn)干混悬剂含量的RP HPLC。方法 采用Lichrospher5 C18柱 (2 0 0mm× 4 .6mm) ,0 .0 2 5mol/L磷酸溶液 乙腈 (87∶13)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 78nm ,流速为 0 .8mL/min。结果 该法能较好地测定NF Zn的含量。方法回收率为 (99.37± 0 .4 2 ) % ,最低检出限为 0 .2ng ,日间、日内RSD均小于 1.2 % ,在 11.0 1~ 137.6 0 μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,线性方程为Y =- 1.6 816 5 +8.9315 4× 10 -6X ,r =0 .9998。结论 该法专属性好 ,简捷 ,快速准确 。OBJECTIVE To develop a RP-HPLC method for determination of norfloxacin zinc granule. METHOD A Lichrospher5-C_(18) column (200mm×4.6mm) , a mobile phase of phosphoric acid : acetonitrile (87∶13), and a UV detector of 278nm was used in the analysis, the flow rate was 0.8mL/min.RESULTS The linear range of the determination was 11.01~(137.6)μg/mL, the linear equation was Y=-1.68165+8.93154×10^(-6)X,the correlation coefficient was 0.9998,the recovery for this method was (99.37±0.42)% and the least detective limit was 0.2ng ,the intra-day and inter-day RSD were less than 1.2%.CONCLUSION The method established is specific,simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the quality control of the norfloxacin zinc for suspension.
