摘  要:目的 探讨神经导航系统在颅脑占位病灶显微外科手术中的应用。方法 应用德国BrainLAB公司的VectorVision2 神经导航系统手术切除颅脑占位病变病灶30例 ,总结治疗效果 ,分析导航定位的优越性及精确性问题。结果 全切除26例 (86.67% ) ,次全切除3例 (10% ) ,部分切除1例 (3.33 % ) ,无症状恶化及死亡者。导航注册精度为 (1.6±0.7)mm。结论 神经导航系统在颅脑手术中提供术中动态跟踪、实时导航 ,准确可靠 。Objective To explore the application of neuronavigation systemin microsurgical operations of brain space occupyin lesion. Methods The german Brain LAB Co VV2navigation system was used in30patients with brain space occupyin lesion.The treatment effects were summarized and the neuronavigational accuracy was discussed. Results Total tumor removal was achieved in26cases(86.67%),subtotal tumor removal in3cases(10%),part removal in1case(3.33%).No case deteriorated and died in the group.The registered precision of the navigation was1.6±0.7mm. Conclusion The neuronavigation system was found to be reliable and accurate in neurosurgical procedures and was helpful for total removal of tumors and reduces postoperative complications.
