摘  要:目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺部疾患(COPD)和支气管哮喘患者及对照组细胞免疫与肺通气功能的改变及其相关关系。方法:分別对急性期的20例COPD患者、18例哮喘患者和18例正常人采血用流式细胞术测其CD_3^+、CD_3^+CD_4^+、CD_3^+CD_8和NK细胞,并测定肺功能。结果:哮喘组与对照组比较CD_3^+和CD_3^+CD_8^+均下降,NK细胞百分比降低;COPD组CD_3^+和CD_3^+CD_4^+均下降,NK细胞百分比也下降。哮喘以阻塞性通气功能障碍为主,COPD以混合性通气功能障碍和限制性通气功能障碍为主。结论:哮喘和COPD患者细胞免疫失衡和肺功能改变不同,提示两者发病机理不同。Objective:To evaluate the alterations of pulmonary capacity anti disturbance of cell immunity in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma. Methods:CD_3^+ and CD_3^+ CD_4^+ and CD_3^+ CD_8 and NK cell and pulmonary capacity were obtained from 20 patients with COPD,18 patients with asthma and 18 normal control volunteers. Results:In asthma group,CD_3^+ and CD_3^+ CD_8^+ and NK cell level were significantly lower than those of the control group;In COPD group,CD_3^+ and CD_3^+ CD_4^+ and NK cell level were significantly lower than those of the control group too. Asthma was mainly airflow obstruction,but COPD was mainly of mixed ventilation function disturbance and airflow limitation. Conclusion:The Alterations of pulmonary capacity and disturbance of cell immunity were different between COPD and asthma.
