摘　　要：时代精神为图书馆哲学提供了生存和发展的沃土。真正的图书馆哲学也应是时代精神的精华在图书馆领域内的表征和折射。图书馆哲学与时代精神相互作用的互动关系 ,推动着双方在否定中发展 。The time spirit has provided Library philosophy with the rich soil for its life and development.A real Library philosophy should be the expression and refraction of the cream of the time spirit in the library area.The mutual motion relationship of the action in the library philosopy and the time spirit both promote the development of both sides in the negation.while the time spirit plays the part of the main force in the mutual motion of the library philosophy and the time spirit.
