摘　　要：文中介绍了 L S型超细粉碎机的工作原理及主要特点 ,对几种单质炸药 HMX、RDX进行了超细粉碎研究 ,并就各种因素对产品粒径的影响进行了分析 ,给出了这两种单质炸药采用该机进行湿式粉碎时的极限粒径。研究结果表明 ,在一定的条件下该超细粉碎机可以使 HMX粉径粉碎至 5μm以下 ,RDX粒径粉碎至 7μm以下。具有结构简单 ,占地面积少 。In this article,the work principle and characteristics of LS superfine pulverizers are introduced,and the superfine crashing study of HMX,RDX explosive by LS pulverizers is also reported. The effect factors of size are analyzed,and the minimum particle diameter of the two explosive with LS pulverizers by wet-milling method is gained.The results indicate that the pulverizers can crush HMX less than 5 μm and RDX less than 7 μm under certain conditions respectively.In addition,the pulverizers show the merits of structure simpleness,small bulk,manufacture security and credibility etc.[
