摘 要:采用理论分析、数值模拟等方法研究了在综放开采中不同顶煤条件下支架架型对端面顶板稳定性的影响。通过分析,为保证端面顶板稳定,支撑式液压支架仅适用于顶煤为硬煤的条件下,掩护式和支撑掩护式支架在三种顶煤条件下均可以适用。研究指出支架前柱初撑力、支架前柱到煤壁距离、掩护梁受载等参数对端面顶板稳定性有重要影响,结论在现场得到了验证。Influence of support construction on tip-to-face roof stability has been studied by the use of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods under different top coal conditions in fully mechanized top coal caving face. For the tip-to-face roof stability, chock-fram type powered support only be applied to hard top-coal, shield-type powered support and chock-shield-type powered support can be applied to three top-coals. It indicates that setting load of front leg and front leg-to-wall distance and load-bearing waste shield have important influences towards tip-to-face roof stability, results have been proved by the example analysis.
