摘  要:目的 观察高容量血液滤过(HVHF)对多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的防治作用及对红细胞天然免疫粘附功能(RNIAF)的影响。方法 19头雄性猪在接受失血性休克和内毒素双重打击后,随机分为对照组(MODS组n=9)和治疗组(HF组 n=10);HF组在内毒素注射完1h后开始HVHF,每天连续12h,共3d。观察实验过程中动物MODS发生率和死亡率;并检测RNIAF的变化情况。结果 HVHF显著降低了动物MODS发病率(P < 0.01)和死亡率(P < 0.05);并防止RNIAF出现明显下降。结论 早期HVHF,对MODS有明显防治作用,并能改善RNIAF。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous high-volume hemofiltrition(HVHF) on multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) and red cellnature-immune-adhesion function(RNIAF). Methods 19 male pigs all received the two hits of hemorrhagic shock and intravenous endotoxin, then were randomly divided into a control group (group MODS, n = 9) and a hemofiltrition group(group HF, n= 10). In group HF, HVHF was begun an hour after infusion of endotoxin being finished and continued for 12 hours everyday for three days. In the process of the study, the morbidity and the mortality of MODS of the two groups were recorded, the changes of RNIAF was detected. Results HVHF definitively decreased the occurrence of MODS and the mortality. Down-regulation of RNIAF was prevented in hemofiltration group. Conclusion In the early stage HVHF can play an important role in the preventative treatment of MODS, and improve RNIAF, reestablish the homeostasis of immune system. 〔
